2019 Best Self Challenge
How It Works?
Attend 3 of our fundamental group classes per week for 6 weeks, building the tools necessary to achieve your goals.
You will be paired with a personal coach to keep you on track throughout the 6 weeks, focusing on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle habits.  
On day 1, you will test in and get measurements. On day 45, you will test out and see the progress right before your eyes! 
Best Self classes are held on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6:00am or 5:30pm, and Saturday's at 8:00am
